Promotions are based upon several basic standards.

1. Active in servers
2. Active in forums
3. NCO or higher recommendation

These are basic rules we follow to promote an individual though our ranking system. However there is no guarantee of advancement. {GSR} reserves the right to halt your promotions below the ranks of Staff sergeant until an official role assosiated with a higher rank has been established.

You must be a member of these forums
You must have your Steam ID on your forums profile
You must be active in our servers
You must have a microphone
You must be invited by one of the NCO's or higher ranking members

We expect your are posting here regularly
We expect you to be active in our servers

Location for all warnings issued to be shown. Warnings can be issued by any NCO or above. Warnings will count for a minimum of one month from the issue date.

Any Officer or NCO can request a Demotion for a member by posting the request in the staff section.

Upon 48 hours of review the requisite can issue the demotion unless there is debate or reason that should create a topic on the demotion. If debated then a General must approve the demotion prior to the announcements. The Communications Officer will then issue either a warning or demote the individual under review.

Members who are still considered {GSR} with the exception of monthly obligations, and terms related to remaining on the active roster. Our server roster is to the point where your status has been removed from our ranks but your dedication shall live in the memories of this clan.

These people have resigned from {GSR}. They have submitted a formal withdraw and have completed all necessary requirements to leave a proper notification of seperation from the clan.

All people who have been discharge in this manner have failed to communicate with the clan or violated rules related to this organization.

Any person who have failed to notify the Clan Administration with a proper notification by Email to withdraw from {GSR} are here by Dishonorably Discharged and released from all clan services.

Any persons who has caused malice intent, been found hacking, or any other justified reason to be discharge in such manners shall be noted here.

These rangers are here by noted as inactive members of {GSR}. Your status with this clan is now being reviewed. You have recently violated one of the primary clan obligations in an abusive or excessive manner. Our policies are simple and we expect you to complete these standards.
